Misha Collins
Is an actor, activist, artist, and New York Times bestselling author dedicated to
inspiring cultural and civic engagement through works that gamify activism.
Collins is best known for his role as the angel Castiel in Supernatural, the longest-running US
sci-fi television show in history. He also portrayed legendary Batman character Harvey Dent/
”Two-Face” in the CW’s Gotham Knights, and has been featured on shows such as 24, ER, and
Charmed. In 2022, he hosted the Emmy-nominated PBS series Roadfood.
In addition to his acting career, Collins is an accomplished activist and author. His poetry book,
“Some Things I Still Can’t Tell You”, became a New York Times bestseller, and his podcast
Bridgewater was the number one fiction podcast on Apple Podcasts in 2022 and 2023. Collins is
the founder of Random Acts, a volunteer-run nonprofit inspiring global acts of kindness, and
GISH, the Guinness World Record-winning international scavenger hunt that has raised millions
for charity. In May of 2023, President Zelenskyy of Ukraine named Misha an Ambassador to
Ukraine through UNITED24 for his humanitarian work.
Misha is also founder of The Art Department, which creates large-scale public art installations in
unexpected places. The Art Department has been heralded as the best art group working in
Southern California by Time Out-LA, The LA Weekly, LA Times and ABC National News.
