Comic Con Cape Town hosts a fan & artist social event to raise money for a selected charity. This event concept is based off the traditional Drink & Draw events that Comic Con’s host around the world. Comic Con Cape Town has given this event its own twist and is now called Coffee & Comics.
Fans are invited to purchase a side event ticket which will include a drink (in this case a coffee) with a coaster they can take to a spotlight guest to get a doodle or sketch to keep as memorabilia.
The money raised through these ticket sales this year will go towards Red Cross Childrens Hospital/ Childrens Hospital Trust
