Animation Production Manager
Megumi Okawa is a freelance Animation Production Manager and Collaborative Researcher at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan.
After working at a Japanese animation studio, she became an independent production manager and has contributed to animation productions in Japan and internationally. She is also engaged in animator training programs for African creators and Japan–Africa animation collaboration initiatives.
She holds an M.F.A. in Sculpture from Tokyo University of the Arts.
