The artist Gavin Wynford, is a Johannesburg based artist, inspired by anything and everything he finds fascinating. From gaming to films, series, anime and childhood nostalgia, his art depicts characters he finds most intriguing even if most of them are the villains in their story. He tries to create a sense of atmosphere and grandeur together with his own textured and painterly art style that paints a different, often darker and ominous, interpretation of beloved characters.
