Babel Tower is a Cape Town-based zine that publishes comix, poetry, flash fiction, and local art. Each issue is curated under the editorial guidance of Reinhard Venzke and has included contributions from writers and artists including El Chucho, Sven Axelrad, Christi du Toit, William Bishop, Mandy J Watson, Claude Naudé, and Sam Boock. Babel Tower also serves as a local comix and zine distro for artists that fall outside of the mainstream publishing space, including Alastair Laird, El Chucho, and StixArt.
