MONKEEMOTO is a dynamic digital artist and one of four global Digital Artists in Residence for Adidas. He was recently appointed to the Adidas PFP Taskforce, helping shape the design and direction of their official digital avatar collection. His debut under the Adidas banner took place at The Gateway 2023 in South Korea, and he was recently curated for a solo exhibition at NoX Gallery in Shibuya.
Join video game narrative designer Rohil Aniruth (Breaking Games’ Infinite Jonathans, Free Lives’ Eat The Rich), visual art educator Chaise Frederick, and special guest artist MONKEEMOTO for a live character design workshopping session. You and your fellow up-and-coming character designers will craft a brand-new original character from scratch, from backstory to visual execution. This workshop explores the interplay between lore, personality, and aesthetics, and how each of these pillars informs the others to produce characters that not only look badass but also connect deeply with audiences.
