United International Pictures (UIP)
Formed in 1981, is jointly owned by its partners, Paramount Pictures and Universal Pictures. Outside North America, UIP distributes Paramount and Universal films to cinemas in numerous territories, with offices in 16 countries and operations in over 100 countries.
