Attending Comic Con Africa on Saturday, 29th September? Heads up: there’s a road closure at ! But don’t worry—we’ve got the best routes to help you out!
Skip the traffic both on your way in and when leaving the Con by following our recommended directions:
Traveling from the North: If you’re on the N1 Highway, please use ONLY the Rand Show Road Off Ramp (M79). Keep in mind that there is NO ACCESS to the venue from the N17 or M70 (Soweto Highway).
Traveling from the South: For those coming from the N1S Highway (toward Johannesburg), take the Golden Highway (R553) and exit ONLY at the Nasrec Road Off Ramp.
Traveling from the East: If you’re arriving via the M1 Highway (from Johannesburg), make sure to take ONLY the Nasrec Road Off Ramp.
Traveling from the West: From the Soweto Highway, you should use the Rand Show Road crossover bridge.
