Joe Manganiello is an actor, director, and producer best known for HBO’s smash hit series TRUE BLOOD and the blockbuster features MAGIC MIKE and its sequel MAGIC MIKE XXL, where he starred opposite Channing Tatum. Joe Manganiello recently wrapped “NONNAS” opposite Vince Vaughn and Susan Sarandon. He can most recently be seen as the host of the NBC series “DEAL OR NO DEAL ISLAND” Joe can also be seen in New Line’s RAMPAGE opposite Dwayne Johnson. Prior to that, he appeared in JUSTICE LEAGUE where he was introduced as the super-villain ‘Deathstroke.’ Joe produced, co-wrote, and starred in the title role of the redemption drama, BOTTOM OF THE NINTH. The film follows a man who returns to the Bronx after serving 18 years in prison for a mistake he made as a kid that ultimately robbed him of a professional baseball career and the love of his life.
Joe has starred in David Ayer’s SABOTAGE, Terrence Malik’s KNIGHT OF CUPS, PEE-WEE’S BIG HOLIDAY for Netflix, WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU’RE EXPECTING, SAM RAIMI’S SPIDER-MAN and THE KILL ROOM opposite Uma Thurman and Samuel L. Jackson. In the television space, he has appeared in the CBS comedies MOM and HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER. On stage, he portrayed the role of ‘Leo Belraggio’ in the 2010 West Coast premiere of Terrence McNally’s UNUSUAL ACTS OF DEVOTION at The La Jolla Playhouse —a role he workshopped with the legendary writer at the Ojai Playwright’s festival the summer prior to his performance. He also played ‘Stanley Kowalski’ in Tennessee William’s A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE at the Yale Repertory Theater in Fall 2013.
