Heather Antos is a Hugo, GLAAD, and Eisner Award–winning comic book editor, artist, and writer whose work has helped shape some of the best-selling and most iconic and talked-about comics of the last decade. She is best known for her influential tenure at Marvel Comics, where she worked across the Star Wars and Deadpool lines and co-created the breakout fan-favorite character Gwenpool.
Antos has built a career championing bold voices, genre-defining stories, and creator-driven innovation, earning a reputation as a sharp editorial mind and a passionate advocate for diverse storytelling within the comics industry. Her credits span blockbuster franchises and original projects alike — including several currently being adapted for film and TV shows — reflecting a deep understanding of the “why” behind narrative to create a process itself, and now uses this experience as producer and host on her hit pop culture YouTube Channel SHE.
She currently edits a wide range of titles across the industry, including projects at Image Comics (most recently Bug Wars with Jason Aaron & Mahmud Asrar) and IDW Publishing (Star Trek, IDW Dark Group Editor, The Exorcism at 1600 Penn), among others — continuing to help shape the future of comics one ambitious story at a time.
