Nikel, the 20-year-old dance instructor and entrepreneur studying accounting, discovered K-Pop in 2017. She was intrigued by the hard work and artistry behind K-Pop performances and started the crew after attending an ARMY event in Johannesburg. Nikel aims to explore K-Pop dancing and create opportunities for others to experience the joy of dance.
Lara, a 25-year-old digital specialist & strategist, discovered her passion for K-Pop dance through her love for BTS during the pandemic. She was captivated by Jungkook's effortless style and finds inspiration in ITZY's RyuJin and MAMAMOO's Hwasa for their powerful stage presence. Lara also takes on the role of a ‘Momanger’ for the crew and cherishes the sense of community and support within the K-Pop fan culture.
Khonzi, a 19-year old student, re-ignited her passion for dance through the world of Kpop. Dancers such as Taemin of Shinee and Lisa of Blackpink captivated her attention through their technique and unique style. Joining Seoulflame has helped her in becoming a versatile and overall better dancer.
