Hi, I'm Noor, owner of Blu Rohbot Studios (formerly known as The Cosplay Cartel). I've been a cosplayer and propmaker since 2014 and officially started doing commissions from 2014. I was awarded a special mention award at rAge 2015 and 3rd Place in the Skit Division at rAge 2017. I have also judged a few competitions for World Cosplay Summit 2019, Icon by the Sea 2016 and 2017 and Geekfest 2017.
