“Baka Sakura is a Capetonian cosplayer with over 10 years of experience. She has had her fair share of local and international competitions – both in front and behind the judge’s table. She is well versed in costume-making, stage performance and photography. She, along with Yamaki Yama, will be representing South Africa at World Cosplay Summit in Japan this year.”
Italian cosplayer, Leon Chiro who discovered his passion for cosplay at a young age and began attending conventions in his hometown. Chiro has cosplayed a wide range of characters from popular video games, anime, and comics, including Dante from Devil May Cry, Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy VII, Ezio Auditore from Assassin’s Creed, and many more.
Elizabeth Rage is known for her stunning cosplay creations, which range from iconic characters in comic books, movies, and video games, to original and imaginative designs. Some of her most popular cosplays include Poison Ivy from Batman, Ramona Flowers from Scott Pilgrim, and Triss Merigold from The Witcher.
Ludus is a full time cosplayer, costume maker and fabricator from Cape town, South Africa. With over 12 years of experience in the costume industry, Ludus has managed to bring home a Comic Con Cape Town regional champs trophy and the big Comic Con Africa 2022 championships of cosplay trophy to the mother city. He will be representing south Africa at C2E2, Chicago this year.
