I have been with Mac cosmetics for 12 years. In my career I held positions such as Resident Trainer, Area Retail Trainer & Corporate Trainer within the brands of Estee Lauder Companies over the years which led to my current position of National Artist for Mac Cosmetics. In my career I had many opportunities to create and teach makeup in fashion weeks, magazine shoots, awards, and events. I also collaborate with makeup schools as a guest lecturer for social media and makeup trends. My backstage portfolio includes keying shows for David Tlale, Maxhosa by Laduma and Africa Fashion International. I also work backstage internationally at Paris fashion week for Balmain, Giambattista Valli, Rick Owen and Etam. This for me means taking my skills to Europe and bringing what I learned back home to inspire makeup artists with new trends. My job is to inspire through artistry, this comes to life through masterclasses, shoots, fashion collaborations, collaborations with makeup schools and social media.
