Baka Sakura is a professional South African cosplayer and costume maker with over 15 years of experience. She won the Master's Needlework division at Comic Con Cape Town in 2021 and has also represented the RSA team at the World Cosplay Summit 2023, as well as at the Gamers8 Cosplay Cup in 2022 and 2023. She has judged many cosplay competitions, and hosted workshops and panels locally and abroad. She now travels the world as a cosplay guest, and an official competition judge. She loves to meet and bond with cosplayers from around the world. Her greatest passion is to perform on stage and to create skits, breathing life into her creations while entertaining audiences.
