Immersed into the world of gaming, meet & greet TV and film idols, the best in shopping fandom gear and unique artwork, Comic Con Africa brings the URL to IRL.
With collaboration and unique cultural moments involving merch, comics, gaming, film and food. The festival is a platform for both local and international entertainment and popular culture including some of the world’s biggest brands in the Film, Gaming, Comics, Collectables and more.

The Festival is split into 3 main areas:
Hall 5: GAMING HALL
Where the gaming community unite in one space. From professional gamers coming together to compete in the countries top e-sports tournaments to the everyday casual gamer taking to the floor in Free-to-play zones and tournaments to win top prizes.
For those who prefer to keep their gaming skills at home, this is the space to grab the latest in gaming gear and accessories.
Hall 6: POP CULTURE HALL
This Hall hosts the Con Main Stage, where daily pop culture content keeps visitors entertained, along with Q&A with international film & series celebs, Cosplay competitions and live draw sessions.
The pop culture hall host the ultimate in shopping collectables, comics & merch.
Also host to KidsCon zone, where all the little superheroes have a space to enter the world of superheroes and the latest in toys and accessories, all to ensure the ultimate family day out.
Hall 7: STREETCON
Step into the zone on the con floor that highlights the perfect collaboration between urban culture and pop culture. With retailors and activations at the forefront of the zone – fans can also watch “Sketch Battles” where street artists are given limited time to fulfil a head-to-head brief, as well as “Custom Wars” where artists are tasked with customising sneakers that will be on display for the entire weekend..
